The images on the left were obtained in a 12 min scan using 27 MBq of 2-[18F]FDG, the images on the right were obtained in a 12 min acquisition using just 14 MBq of 2-[18F]FDG, resulting in an equivalent dose for the PET component of just 0.27 mSV
