When [18F]FDG PET/CT was uncertain in diagnosing lymph nodes (LNs), the addition of [18F]FAPI provides valuable information. LNs with an [18F]FAPI SUVmax < 6.2 were diagnosed as benign, and LNs with an [18F]FAPI SUVmax ≥ 6.2 without calcification or high-attenuation were diagnosed as LN metastasis. LNs were confirmed by surgical specimens or aspiration biopsy
