The PET scan demonstrates multiple low-density nodal lesions in the retroperitoneum, including at the aortocaval and left para-aortic stations (red arrows), with no increased FDG uptake. The patient subsequently underwent retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, which revealed multiple nodal metastases
