After manual delineation of tumors in T2 flair images to identify the Region of interest (ROI), spatial normalization was performed, and tumor location features were extracted. Radiomics feature extraction was performed after resampling, resegmentation, discretization, and intensity normalization. Radiomics features were analyzed in terms of shape, intensity, texture, and location. Key radiomics and location features were integrated into a machine learning model for seizure prediction
